HEAD of DEVELOPMENT
He has over twenty years of experience in the CG industry since he began in 2003. His self-taught nature and enthusiasm for solving technical problems have taken him through the positions of animator, generalist, Lead Rigger, Lead Developer and, finally, Head of Development. Like a Swiss-Army Knife, Juan is able to adapt to any situation and has a restless mind that makes him enjoy the learning process of new things. He enjoys leading by exemplifying and sharing his know-how with his team members.
