Laura graduated from ESCAC after studying visual effects and has been part of El Ranchito since 2015. Her career began as a visual effects supervisor on the set of "A Monster Calls" and later, she held the position of visual effects supervisor on "Superlópez," for which she won her first Goya. She advises and designs the shooting of each project, finding the optimal and appropriate formulas for each production. From pre-production to final delivery, she always closely follows the creative process with the team of artists. The most recent project she supervised, along with Félix Bergés, is the latest film by J. A. Bayona, "Society of The Snow," with which she won a Goya and a European Film Award, and reached the shortlist of Oscar pre-selections. She has won three Goya and two Gaudí awards and is the first and only VFX Supervisor to have won both awards.
