Laura, a graduate of ESCAC, joined El Ranchito in 2015 and is now an established figure in the visual effects field. Her career as a visual effects supervisor began with A Monster Calls, and later with Superlópez, where she won her first Goya Award. Throughout her career, she has worked on the filming of various projects, always seeking optimal solutions for each production. Her work, alongside Félix Bergés, on Society of the Snow earned her a Goya—her third in total—a European Film Award, and a spot on the Oscars shortlist, as well as two Gaudí Awards. Her most recent work, with the El Ranchito team, is the acclaimed A House on Fire.
