Pilar is an engineer who began her professional career in 1994 as a consultant in quality and process management.
Throughout her career, she was part of the training department at AENOR, where she contributed to various projects, including the Phare Program of the European Commission, which supported the accession of Romania and Bulgaria to the European Union.
She later returned to the quality sector as the director of a company specializing in design, interior design, museography, events, and exhibitions. During this period, she managed numerous projects, including coordinating the set designs for multiple editions of the Goya Awards, as well as overseeing the production of sets for the presidential debates "Debate Cara a Cara" during electoral processes.
In 2020, she joined the El Ranchito team with the aim of implementing the company's information security management system.
Currently, she is responsible for building infrastructure, occupational risk prevention, data protection, and physical security within the company.
