Success at Comic Con Málaga with Four Outstanding Panels
The first edition of Comic Con Málaga was a resounding success, bringing together around 120,000 attendees over three days of talks, exhibitions, and activities that celebrated creativity and imagination in all its forms. The event has established itself as one of Spain’s key gatherings for fans of comics, animation, film, and pop culture.
Our presence at the convention came through four themed panels that sparked strong interest among the audience:
The Hero’s and Heroine’s Journey: Our team shared their professional journeys, revealing how processes, teams, and the industry itself have evolved over time.
Virtual Shots: An in-depth look at how innovative techniques and tools are reshaping the way environments, characters, and effects are created.
Building a Fantasy World in Film and TV: Exploring how post-production transforms ideas into visual realities, blending effects, design, and storytelling.
Creating a Series Through the Invisible (Disney): A behind-the-scenes view of how stories are structured, what technical and narrative choices are made in the editing room, and how this “invisible” work is key to a project’s final outcome.
The panels were very well received, not only showcasing our team’s passion but also highlighting the growing curiosity about the inner workings of the visual effects industry. The high level of participation, questions, and enthusiasm confirmed that events like Comic Con Málaga will become essential spaces to bring professional knowledge closer to new generations of creators, reinforcing the role of the Spanish industry on the international stage.
Our participation in Comic Con Málaga was an enriching experience that reaffirms our commitment to innovation, creativity, and sharing knowledge.
